Conduct ServSafe Food Safety Manager training. Oversee the secure administration of both print and online ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Exams. Coordinate the scheduling of online and printed exams.
Ensure the confidentiality of exam materials. Adhere to the guidelines set forth in the ServSafe Examination Administration Handbook and the Performance Agreement.
